An evening celebrating the steaks from Block Butchery, cut from our Sussex cattle and ethically reared at the Spratsbourne Estate. Cooked over fire, seasoned simply and rested with care, each cut served as it is meant to be.
Expect a focused a la carte menu shaped around the counter. Rump, ribeye, sirloin and fillet, with sauces and sides to share. Choose your cut, pour a glass and settle in for a warm, generous evening centred on great beef and good company.
